1] These appeals are placed before us in today'

s National Lok Adalat.

2] Mr.S.G.Chapalgaonkar, learned counsel for the appellants and Mr.S.S.Rathi, learned counsel for respondents - claimants are present.

3] Mr.S.G.Chapalgaonkar, learned counsel for the appellants submits that he wants to withdraw these Appeals.

2515.10FA+ 4] Mr.S.S.Rathi, learned counsel for respondents - claimants has no objection to withdraw these Appeals. 5] Allow to withdraw these First Appeals and same stand disposed of as withdrawn.

6] The amount deposited by the appellants is permitted to be withdrawn by the respondents - claimants along with accrued interest.

7] The disbursement of the amount shall be as per the apportionment made by the Tribunal.

8] The Office is directed to refund the Court fees and issue necessary certificate to that effect according to Rules.
