Heard rival submissions. The applicant is seeking permission to serve respondent Nos.1 and 2 by way of paper publication since they were not found on given address, whereupon they were served in the learned Tribunal. In view of the same, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A) and (B) subject to necessary charges to be paid directly to the concerned newspaper.
