The present Criminal Revision is placed before us in today's LokAdalat. 2.

Both parties and their respective Advocates are present. Both parties of Cri. Revision Application No. 268/2019 have filed joint compromise memo on record marked as Exhibit 'X' for identification. They submitted

NOT TOB CRA-268-2019 -2that their dispute has been settled in terms of compromise memo Exhibit 'X'. The Applicant has paid an amount of Rs.2,76,906/- and the Respondent has received the same.

In view of the above, present Cri. Revision Application No. 268/2019 accordingly stand disposed off in Terms of Compromise Memo Exhibit 'X'. The judgments passed by the trial Court and Appellate Court are set aside. The accused namely Mohd. Irfan s/o Salim Bagwan is hereby acquitted. His bail bonds are cancelled and surety stands discharged. 4.

The Criminal Applications, if any, stand disposed off. 5.
