Heard learned counsel for the applicant. The respondent though served, remained absent.

The applicant is claiming transfer of Petition No.361/2022 filed by respondent-husband for getting divorce from the Court of learned Civil Judge Senior Division Rajgurunagar, District Pune to the Court of the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Kopargaon, District Ahmednagar.

According to applicant, she is not having independent source of income. Moreover, the distance between Kopargaon and Rajgurunagar is more than 200 kms. and therefore, it would be difficult for the applicant to attend the dates at Rajgurunagar. Therefore, considering the convenience of the applicant, following order is passed :

ORDER

(i) The application is hereby allowed.

(ii) The Petition No. 361/2022 is hereby transferred from the Court of the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Rajgurunagar, Dist. Pune to the Court of the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Kopargaon, Dist. Ahmednagar for disposal according to law. (iii) The respondent is directed to appear before the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Kopargaon, Dist. Ahmednagar, on or before 01.02.2023.

(iv) Application is disposed of accordingly.
