Heard learned Counsel for the applicant, who is seeking recalling of the order dated 18.01.2022, whereby his appeal and delay condonation application were refused to be registered for want of removal of office objections. The applicant is also praying for condonation of delay of 226 days. The learned Counsel for the applicant is ready to remove all the office objections within three weeks. In view of the same, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) subject to payment of costs of Rs.500/- to be paid to Library, Advocates Association of Bombay High Court at Aurangabad and removal of all the office objections within the period of three weeks.
