The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has given representations on 13th October, 2014 and on 17th November, 2014, seeking appointment as a freedom fighter nominee. Learned AGP states that if the said representations are pending, the same would be decided on its own merits.

In view of the fact that limited prayer is made, we pass the following order:

I.

The Respondent - Authority shall decide the representations (Exhibits - 'G' and 'H'), on its own merits in accordance with its policy and law, expeditiously, preferably within six months.

II.
