The application is for condonation of delay of only 75 days in filing second appeal. The learned counsel counsel for the respondent strongly opposed the application on the ground that there are concurrent findings in favour of respondent. However, that can be considered at the time of admission. At present, considering the short period of delay, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause-B and disposed of accordingly.
