Heard Mr A.B. Chate, learned A.G.P. for applicants/State. 3.

Mr Chate, learned A.G.P. for applicants submits that the State has deposited the entire decretal amount in this Court and complied with the conditional stay order. He, therefore, urged to confirm the interim stay granted by this Court. He also submitted that the claimants have also withdrawn 75% amount of compensation.

Having considered the submissions of learned A.G.P. for the applicants/State, it is necessary to confirm the interim stay order passed by this Court.

The applications for stay are hereby allowed. 6.

The interim stay granted by this Court dated 11.10.2019 in respective appeals is hereby confirmed till final decision of the appeal.
