The applicant/appellant herein has been convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 7 and 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and sentenced to undergo R.I. for two years. The trial Court had suspended the sentence of imprisonment until filing of appeal. It will take time for hearing of the appeal.

Considering the quantum of sentence imposed, the applicant be released on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with one surety in the like amount. During pendency of the appeal, substantive sentence of imprisonment to stand suspended.
