DATE : OCTOBER 25, 2018 PER COURT This application is filed by original claimant for direction to credit the amount of interest in his bank account by way of electronic mode, on fixed deposit amount of Rs.20,00,000/- deposited by Insurance Company in accordance with the award passed by the Tribunal. 2.

Learned counsel for the Insurance Company objected this application on the ground that in the appeal the Insurance Company has mainly challenged the same direction issued by the Tribunal. 3.

Appeal will be ready after receipt of record and proceedings. Therefore, I feel it proper to hear the appeal finally instead of passing any order regarding transfer of the interest in the bank account of the claimant. 4.

Record and proceedings be called from the Tribunal.
