Heard learned advocate for petitioner and learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

Learned AGP, upon instructions, from the respondent NO.2 is making a statement that in view of the re-constitution of the Committee, the Committee would take four weeks more to decide the claim of the petitioner.

Petitioner had approached this court by filing W.P. No. 15661 of 2023, wherein, respondent No.3, who is also present respondent No.3, was directed not to terminate the services of the petitioner. When protection was granted and it is in view of the claim pending with

{2} 917 sr.no..odt respondent No.3 since 1.12.2021 and now, once again it appears that respondent No.3 has given notice dated 13.9.2024, so also, in view of the statement now made by learned AGP,, we dispose of this petition by directing the respondent No.2 to decide the claim of the petitioner within four weeks from today.

Respondent No.3 is directed not to terminate the services of the petitioner for a period of six weeks from today. The condition those were to be imposed vide order dated 20.12.2023 in W.P.
