This is an application for condonation of delay of eight days. The learned counsel for the non applicant opposes this application on the ground no sufficient cause is stated and further submits that talks of settlement are in progress between the parties.

Considering that the delay is only of eight days and considering limitation for filing such appeal is 30 days, however, as per the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in a case of Shivram Dodanna Shetty Vs. Sharmila Shivram Shetty

2 ca 13704.16 reported in 2017 (1) Mh.L.J. 281 the limitation for filing such an appeal is 90 days.
