Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Asst. Government Pleader appearing for respondent nos.1, 2, 3 & 5 and the learned Asst. Solicitor General appearing for respondent no.4.

The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner has tendered across the Bar, inter se communication dated 27th October 2015, between the office of respondent no.1 and respondent no.4. The same is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification purpose.

It appears that the petitioner is entitled for the Gallantry Awards. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that respondent no.4 may be directed to act the said communication issued by the office of respondent no.1 within stipulated period expeditiously.

We direct respondent no.4 to take appropriate steps so as to comply the instructions issued by letter dated 27th October 2015, as expeditiously as possible, however, within three months from today and communicate the decision so taken to respondent no.1 and also to the petitioner. 5.
With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
