In view of the fact that the appeals are amicable settled in the Lok Adalat, the request made in the present application for permitting the respective claimants to withdraw the amount deposited by the acquiring body in this Court deserves to be granted and it is accordingly granted. The Civil Application stands disposed of. 3.

First Appeal No. 752 of 2018 is shown by the office to be pending for admission. The learned counsel appearing for the parties however, brought to my notice that in the Lok Adalat held on 14.07.2018, the said appeal has also been disposed of. The copy of the award passed by the Lok Adalat is placed on record. In view of the submissions made, First Appeal No. 752 of 2018 shall be held to have been disposed of in the Lok Adalat.
