The grievance is that the objection is raised by the petitioner to the attachment, however, the same is decided. 3.

It appears that the petitioner has filed application in the year 2011 raising objection to the attachment. The same is not decided. The petitioner is not party to the initial proceedings, as such U/o 21 Rule 58 of the C.P.C has right to raise objection. 4.

In light of that the trial Court shall decide the objection raised by the petitioner on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously, considering the fact that Darkhast is pending since

the year 2009.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
