The learned Advocate for the applicant/petitioner submits that though the issue pertaining to TET is involved in this petition, his case is as regards not passing the TET. Inadvertently, he had mentioned the number of this petition to be added to the group of petitions pertaining to the TET scam, in which the order dated 11.10.2022 is passed by this Court.

The learned AGP confirms that the issue raised in the applicant' s petition is different.
