The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instruction, seeks leave of this court to withdraw the present writ petition with a prayer to direct the revisional authority to decide the pending revision within short time. 2.

The learned counsel for the respondents also submits that respondents have already entered appearance in the revision and the revision is fixed for final arguments.

Considering the above submissions, the parties to appear before the revision authority on 15.10.2025. Thereafter, the revisional authority is directed to decide the revision expeditiously and within two months from the date of appearance.
