1] Learned AGP appearing for the respondents, on instructions states that the name of the petitioner has not been deleted from the list. Her name will be considered in the second list for all the choices (BAMS, BHMS, Physiotherapy) mentioned by her. The status of the colleges with respect to getting approval by the concerned Central Council will be reconsidered again while allocating seats. The petitioner will be considered from her category, merit, choice of college and 30% - 70% allocation of seats. 2] The process of admission is ongoing and as such, there is no need to pass any further order in the matter. 3] In view of the statement made, the grievance raised by the petitioner in the instant petition is substantially redressed. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
