This Petition is directed against the order of suspension dated 25th September, 2018

wp11642.18.odt issued by Respondent No.2. This Petition is filed on 8th October, 2018, immediately within two weeks from issuance of suspension order. It is needless to mention that the Petitioner will get an opportunity to put forthwith his contentions during the enquiry.

In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain this Petition. Hence the Writ Petition is dismissed, summarily.
