ORDER:- 1.

Heard rival submissions. The respective applicants in these applications are seeking withdrawal of the amounts of compensation deposited by appellant - Acquiring Body. This Court vide order dated 29.08.2022 has already permitted the applicants therein to withdraw the deposited amount of compensation. Therefore, on the ground of parity the applicants herein are permitted to withdraw their respective amounts of compensation as deposited by the Acquiring Body in these matters on furnishing usual undertaking before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
