The communication issued by the Executive Engineer, Public Works Department, Nanded, on 02.12.2016 informing relaxation of said condition is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.

In view of above, Writ Petition stands disposed of. Interim relief granted earlier shall stand vacated.
