The names of the petitioners are deleted from the property card in the year 2008. The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the similarly situated petitioners had filed Writ Petition bearing No.2562 of 2009. This Court under order dated 24-02-2011 directed the TILR to consider the matter afresh and decide the representation within six months, after hearing the concerned parties. Pursuant thereto the PTR cards are restored in the name of the petitioners, who had filed the writ petitions earlier. 2.
Subsequently, the petitioners had also filed the representation, Gajanan

but the cognizance is not taken by the authorities. 3.
The learned AGP accepts notice for all the respondents. 4.
In fact the petitioners appear to be sleeping over their rights and only in the year 2018 had moved the authorities. In normal course, we would have relegated the petitioner to file an appeal before the appropriate authority. It is only because the similarly situated petitioners had approached this Court and this Court had issued directions to consider their cases, we pass the following order.
ORDER
(i) In case, the application of the petitioner (Page no.166) Exh."N" Collectively is pending with the TILR and if the TILR is competent to decide it, then the same shall be decided on it's own merits, in accordance with law, after hearing the parties, preferably within six months.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
