Mr.Sable, learned counsel submits that the learned 6th Judicial Magistrate (F.C.), Beed, vide its order dated 9.9.2014, passed below Exh.1 in Misc. Criminal Application No.702/2014 had directed Respondent Nos.2 and 3 to hold investigation and submit report. Even after lapse of one year, the same is not been done.

Mr.Nerlikar, learned A.P.P submits that Special Investigative Team is constituted to investigate seven FIRs and the said SIT is now investigating the matter in seven crimes. The record is bulky. It will take some time to scan the whole record.

In view of the said statement, the purpose of the petition stands substantially served. If in near future no progress is made, then the petitioner can renew his grievance.
