Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ petition, approval has been granted to the appointment of the petitioner. As such, grievance of the petitioner does not remain.

Learned counsel submits that the salary bills are submitted by the Head Master to the Education Officer. In case, such salary bills are received, the Education Officer shall process the same and take decision within two months.
