These applications are filed seeking permission to bring on record legal representatives of deceased petitioners No. 1, 2, 3 and 4, and for condonation of delay caused in bringing them on record.

Mr. Bora, learned Advocate for the respondents vehemently opposed that the civil applications, contending that there is inordinate and unexplained delay in filing the applications, therefore, applications for delay may be dismissed. 4.

However, for the reasons stated in the civil applications and in the interest of justice, the same are allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'A', 'B' and 'C', subject to the applicants paying costs of Rs.5000/- (Rs. Five Thousand) for each application. 5.

Amendment be carried out within a period of three weeks from today.

Put up Writ Petition No. 2761 of 1992 after Christmas Vacation - 2021.
