The petitioners are before this Court challenging the judgment and order of the Industrial Court dated 25/08/2015 delivered in Complaint (ULP) Nos. 20/2014 to 25/2014.

It is submitted that the respondent / Zilla Parishad had also challenged the impugned judgment delivered in Complaint (ULP) Nos.20/2014 to 25/2014, before this Court in six writ petitions. All those 6 petitions filed by the Zilla Parishad against these petitioners have been disposed of by the judgment of this Court dated 15/12/2015. This petition, therefore, would not survive as it is covered by the said judgment.

In the light of the above, since the judgment impugned in this petition is already dealt with by the oral judgment of this Court dated 15/12/2015 in WP No.10463/2015 with connected matters in the case of the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nandurbar and others Vs Sukhdeo Keshav Kokani and others, this petition does not survive and is disposed of.
