O R D E R

This appeal is placed before us in today's National Lok Adalat. Mr.S.B. Choudhari, learned Advocate for the appellants/original claimants and Mr.S.S. Rathi, learned Advocate for the insurance company are present. 02.

The learned Advocates for both the parties submit that they have amicably settled the lis and accordingly have placed on record compromise terms. The compromise terms are marked as Article "X" for the purpose of identification.

The appeal is disposed off in terms of compromise terms ("X"). 04.

The respondent/insurance company shall deposit the amount of compensation awarded by MACT, Osmanabad within a period of six weeks from today in terms of compromise before the Tribunal.

The appellants/claimants are entitled to withdraw that amount of compensation in terms of Award passed by the Tribunal and learned Member, MACT, Osmanabad may pass necessary orders to that effect. 06.

The Chairman/Member, MACT, Osmanabad to adjust the statutory amount and amount if any, withdrawn earlier, in the amount of compensation and thereafter take necessary steps for making the payment. 07.

The court fee refund certificate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959.
