ORDER:- 1.

The applicant, who is the original claimant, is seeking recalling of order dated 14.07.2015 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, whereby registration of Cross Objection has been refused on account of non removal of offce objections. The learned Counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove all such offce objections within two weeks from the date of this order. In view of the same, the order dated 14.07.2015 is recalled by condoning the delay of 1525 days, subject to removal of all the offce objections in respect of the Cross Objection by the present applicant.
