1] By this civil application, the applicant seeks necessary correction in the name of the applicant in the order passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ahmedpur, on 11.4.2008 in Land Acquisition Reference No. 1427/2001. It is submitted that the record and proceedings of the said LAR are lying in this Court. 2] The applicant is permitted to apply for similar

CA 12405/17 in FA 1483/14 - 2 - relief before the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ahmedpur. Office is directed to transmit the record and proceedings of Land Acquisition Reference No.1427/2001 for this purpose to the Court of the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ahmedpur, expeditiously. After such correction is made by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ahmedpur, if any, the records and proceedings must be transmitted to this Court by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ahmedpur.
