The applicants, who are the original claimants no. 1 to 2, have fled this application for deleting the original claimant no. 3 in the appeal itself since she is no more. However, the appeal is already disposed of. The copy of death certifcate on record indicates that the claimant no. 3 is no more and she died long back and before the appeal is

However, instead of deleting her from the appeal, which is already disposed of, remaining claimants may fle application for withdrawal of the compensation amount by mentioning that the original claimant no.3 is no more. In view of the same, the Civil Application stands disposed of.
