Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

This is an application for recalling the order of dismissal of petition, for non removal of office objection within stipulated period and thereby the registration of the petition was refused. Learned counsel for petitioner by inviting our attention to the grounds raised in the application, more particularly, in paragraph No. 3 to 5 it is submitted that due to inadvertence, the clerk of the counsel could not 1/2
CA 1269 19.odt remove the office objections and the fact of refusal of registration was also informed to the counsel belatedly, as such, delay caused in filing the application. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner raises substantial grounds in the petition in challenge to the order passed by the Scrutiny Committee and refusal of registration on technical grounds may adversely affect the petitioner. The learned counsel also undertakes to remove the office objections as expeditiously as possible, if time is granted by this Court.

In view of the submissions of learned counsel, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' & 'C', subject to removal of office objections, within one week from today.

Civil Application is disposed of.
