Petitioners are aggrieved by order dated 02-08-2017 passed by the District Magistrate, Aurangabad in application bearing no. 146 of 2016 filed by respondent no. 1 under section 14 of the Securitazation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. 2.

Learned counsel Mr Bhadekar appearing on behalf of petitioners submits that petitioners have preferred proceedings / appeal against aforesaid order before appropriate forum.

Keeping all issues open, we observe that the petitioners may pursue statutory remedy as prescribed under the Act. 4.
