The petitioner assail the order dated 19.06.2017 passed by the Arbitral Tribunal negativing the contentions of the petitioner that the claim is barred by limitation.

Though Mrs. Bharaswadkar Patil, the learned advocate for the petitioner sought to canvass the submissions on merit of the matters, we are not inclined to consider the same in view of Sec. 34 read with Sec. 5 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. 3.

The petitioner may agitate in respect of the said order as may be permissible under the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. In that event, all contentions are kept open. 4.
