Civil Application No.10761 of 2023 is filed by the legal representatives themselves to come on record with delay of 2029 days. Since it is the responsibility of the appellants to bring the legal representatives on record and they have failed, the respondent applied to come on record. The appellants have no objection for the same.

In view of the same, the civil application to bring the legal representatives of deceased Keshav Prachand Honde is allowed and disposed of. Necessary amendment to be carried out within a period of one (01) week from today.

The learned counsel for the applicants has filed Civil Application No.3405 of 2023 for withdrawal of amount. He points out that in the connected First Appeal No.3001 of 2022, by orders dated 13.10.2022, arising out of the same acquisition proceedings, this court has permitted the applicants to withdraw 75% of the amount along with interest thereon on furnishing undertaking. 4.

In view of the same, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the total compensation amount along with accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this court. The civil application for withdrawal of the amount is disposed of.

The first appeals are admitted. On admission, Mr. Suhas R. Shirsat, learned counsel waives notice for the respondents.
