Learned A.G.P waives service of notice for Respondents. 3.

The grievance is that the petitioner has been issued the tribe certificate with incorrect spelling. The petitioner has applied for giving the corrected tribe certificate on 29.07.2019, 07.09.2019 and 16.09.2019.

The petitioner shall submit on-line application also. The petitioner shall surrender the original tribe certificate with incorrect spelling to the SDO. The SDO, after verifying the genuineness of

2 936-WP-11872-2019... the said certificate shall issue the corrected tribe certificate to the petitioner within two (2) weeks with effect from submission of on-line application.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
