The petitioner is challenging the order passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Parbhani dated 22.09.2022 thereby the petitioner is directed to pay Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand only) per month to the respondent-wife towards interim maintenance in pending petition bearing P.E. No. 194/2020.

This Court finds that, no extraordinary case is made out to call for interference at the hands of this Court. The purpose would be served by directing the learned Judge, Family Court, Parbhani to make endeavour to decide the main proceeding of P.E. No. 194/2020 pending before it as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today.

The parties shall not seek unnecessary adjournments and would co-operate in the Trial Court.
