The petitioner assails the communication dated 30 th October, 2014 issued by the Respondent No. 4 returning the proposal of registration and eligibility of the petitioner to prosecute the studies of first year MBBS course in the Respondent No. 5 - College.

This court under order dated November 25, 2014 directed that the

( 2 ) wp 10596.14 admission of the petitioner shall not be cancelled only on the ground that the validation proceedings are pending.

Naturally, the further admission would depend upon the validity certificate being granted to the petitioner or otherwise. The purpose of the writ petition would serve by the initial order passed by this court. 4.

In case some adverse orders are passed against the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to assail the same in accordance with law. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
