The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are required to be posted in non-PESA area. The petitioners were assured of the same in the appointment order dated 24.07.2017. The respondents are not considering the said aspect.

Mr. Pawar, learned counsel appears for respondents no. 3 and 4 and submits that, if the petitioners make an application before respondent

2 wp 11974.19 no. 3, respondent no. 3 would consider it on its own merits.

The petitioners claim to have made an application in that regard before respondent no. 3 / the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Dhule (Page No. 34). The Chief Executive Officer shall take decision upon the said application preferably within a period of one (01) month and shall consider the said application as per availability of the vacancies.

Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
