The learned advocate for the applicant submits that, the date for admission in the college is extended upto 15th October, 2019. This Court under order dated 08th July, 2019 had directed the respondents to consider application of the applicant for start of new Ayurvedic College for the academic year 2019-2020, in case same is permissible in the rules and regulations. Same is not yet decided.

We do not want to modify the order passed by us on 08th July, 2019. We only observe that, if it is possible for the respondents to take decision with regard to grant of permission to the applicant by 14th October, 2019, the respondents shall

2 ca 11706.19 endeavour to take decision by the said date. However, the same is subject to the rules and regulations as operating and if it is permissible to grant the permission as on the said date. 3.

In view of the above, the civil application is disposed of. 4.
