Heard learned advocate Mr. Mayure for the applicants who are the original claimants and the learned advocate Mr. Chapalgaonkar for the respondent No. 2/Insurance Company. After having considered the facts and circumstances and the reasoning given by the Tribunal while awarding compensation of Rs. 18,45,000/- it would be appropriate to allow the applicants to withdraw 50 % of the amount deposited by the respondent No. 2/Insurance Company subject to furnishing usual undertaking. 2.

The application is allowed. The applicants are allowed to withdraw 50 % of the amount of compensation deposited by the Insurance Company in this Court by furnishing an undertaking to the effect that they shall refund the amount in case directed by the Court in future.
