Since the petitioner has refused to accept

(Order) (2) W.P. No. 00212 of 2017 the promotional opportunity which was offered to her before completion of 12 years of service tenure, in view of clause 08 of the Government Resolution dated 20th July 2001, the petitioner is not entitled to claim benefit of assured service progression scheme. The request of the petitioner for issuance of directions for consideration of claim of the petitioner, therefore, does not deserve to be considered.
