Though respondent No.4 is served, none appears for respondent No.4. Grievance of the petitioner is that though award is passed in the year 2013 by the Special Land Acquisition Offcer, as yet the compensation amount as decided under the award is not paid to the petitioners. 2.

In case, the petitioners are entitled for the amount of compensation as per the award dated 30.01.2013(page No.16) and the same is not paid to the petitioner, then the respondents shall pay the amount to the petitioners as per

(2) WP-12004.2019.odt the said award commensurate with the entitlement of the petitioners within six months.
