Leave to correct the word "observed" appearing in ground XII on page 5 and the word "observing" in ground XIX on page 7 of the Civil Application. The said words need to be replaced by the word "absorbing". Correction be carried out forthwith.
The Applicant prays for amendment in the petition and seeks to introduce Grounds VIII to XXIV set out below paragraph 2 of the Civil Application.
*2* ca.13115.14.954 The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.2 and 3, on instructions, does not oppose the amendment. The learned AGP appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 and 4 prays that an appropriate order be passed.
In the light of the above, the Civil Application is allowed. The Petitioner shall carry out amendment in the Writ Petition within a period of THREE WEEKS from today.
