He produces a copy of the order dated 23rd January, 2017, passed by the Block Education Officer, Panchayat Samiti, Jamner, District Jalgaon, which is taken on record and marked "X" for the identification purpose. He submits that the petition has become infructuous. The learned counsel for the respondent - Education Officer is present and admits issuance of such letter.
