Mr. Lakhotiya, learned A.G.P. for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the matter with the committee is kept on 02.01.2020 for hearing. Thereafter, within two (02) months the proceeding would be decided.

In view of the statement made, the proceeding shall be decided by the committee within two (02) months. The petitioner shall appear on 02.01.2020 before the committee.

Till the committee decides the validation proceeding, the employer shall not take adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. The employer is entitled to take further course of action depending upon the judgment that will be delivered by the committee in the validation proceeding.

Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
