The only grievance of the petitioner is that the Revision filed by the petitioner is not being attended to by the Revisional Authority. The stay petition is also not considered, though the eight months it is pending.

We have heard learned A.G.P. also.

The learned A.G.P. submits that as yet the allocation and distribution of work is not finalized.

The Authority where the Revision is pending shall decide the said application filed by

(2) 949-wp-2092-2020 the petitioner on its own merits, preferably within a period of three (03) months.

Writ Petition as such is disposed of. No costs.
