We have heard Mr. Gadhe, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the respondent/institution and the learned AGP.

Learned AGP has placed on record the order, dated 24.7.2018, wherein it has been recommended to place the petitioner in the list of surplus candidates for absorption. In view of that, the major grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

As far as the salary is concerned, the institution shall submit the salary bills to respondent no.4. On receipt of the salary bills, for the period from 25.6.2014 till the date, respondent no.4 shall take decision upon the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within three months from the date of receipt of salary bills.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
