We have heard Mr Dhakne, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr Shelke, learned Counsel for respondent No.5. 2.

Mr Shelke, learned Counsel for respondent no.5 submits that since the date of the transfer of the petitioner in the year 2019, the petitioner did not join at the transferred place. 3.

Mr Dhakne, learned Counsel submits that the petitioner has given representation to respondent no.5 and seeks for transfer near her husband's place and the post at that place is vacant. 5.

Mr Dhakne, learned Counsel submits that the petitioner would make a fresh representation to Respondent no.5. 6.

Respondent No.5 may decide the representation of the petitioner for transfer, on its own merits, in accordance with law, preferably within one month from the date of application filed by the petitioner.
