Learned Counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has preferred an application being Civil

( 2 ) wp7574.11 Application No.1008 of 2014, seeking directions against the respondent/petitioner in the writ petition to deposit compensation for 135 days, in terms of an order passed by the Supreme Court in Civil Appeal Nos. 2159-2160/2012. 02.

In view of disposal of the writ petition, civil application also stands disposed of with liberty to the respondent/applicant in civil application to take out appropriate proceeding before an appropriate forum for the said relief.

The civil application accordingly stands disposed of.
