Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondents/State.

Apprehending the arrest, the present application is filed by applicant - Ansari Mohammad Arshad Ahmed, who is absconding accused in a crime No. 13/2024, registered with Mohadi Nagar Police Station, District Dhule under sections 394 r/w. 34 of Indian Penal Code. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is not involved in the crime and the only role attributed to the applicant in the FIR is that the applicant has taken photographs of the vehicle of the complainant, which was robbed and sent it to other accused and that the other accused persons have snatched the bag containing amount of Rs.2,45,000/- and ran away. The learned counsel submits that allegedly the role of the applicant is very limited and he is entitled for anticipatory bail. 4.

Prima facie, the allegations against the applicant are that he has actively participated in identifying the complainant, so also the applicant has sent the photographs of the vehicle of the complainant to the other

ABA 1705/24 accused. The amount of Rs. 1,45,000/- is yet to be recovered from the accused. Since the office alleged is very serious and requires further investigation, I deem it appropriate that the applicant is not entitled for anticipatory bail. The ABA is rejected.
